Apprentice levels

Apprentice levels, like Novice levels also increase your Wizard level. The main difference is when you level up, instead of gaining a perk, you get an apprentice point. 10 points can then be used alongside increasing your wizard level (costing gold) to obtain an apprentice perk which are stronger? and pull from a completely separate pool to novice perks
