Novice levels are split into minor upgrades (wizard levels from x1 until x9) and major upgrades (every 10th wizard level).
You can choose from 3 randomly selected options. Some options have a limited amount of uses, some are infinite. Certain options can be multiplied by the Advanced Level-up Rewind upgrade
All Outcome values are base values, ignoring Advanced levelups.
