All spells can be accessed from the spells tab in the wizard tower. They each have a cost, an effect (usually instant, but some have a duration), and a time cost. Many spells have no time cost, but ones that do will use one activity while activated. Spell costs are paid once the spell has started to cast and cannot be refunded. Some spells can only be cast a certain number of times (limit), after which they will disappear from the spell screen and can't be used for the rest of the current rewind.
